FxT Workouts July 3rd - 9th 2017

Those who are looking for workouts to do during my absence this week should go to this page.  It has a list of of over 100 workouts that you can do indoors or outdoors without weights or need for a gym. The difficulty level runs from beginner to expert so there should be something for everyone. Scan the list and give a few a try this week.

The majority of the list is courtesy of Eva Twardokens, former Olympic skier and Masters Weightlifting competitor whom I had the good fortune to meet many years ago.
