FxT Workout May 11th 2020

5 Turkish Get Ups each side (w/dumbbell, kettlebell or anything that can be held safely over head)
11 Snatches each side ( 50% heavier than the weight above, if possible)
20 Burpees
X 5
Then...
Lunge Chops 
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 each side with as little rest as possible.
