FxT Workout May 4th 2020

10 Overhead Reverse Lunges each leg (hold a weight overhead, reverse lunge with opposite side leg)
10 Half Get Ups each side
X 5
20 Overhead Walking (10 steps with the weight in one hand, then switch hands)
20 Russian Twists
X 5
Then...
Tabata Burpees, 10 rounds.
