Saturday 4/3/2010

Today's workout was a timed circuit; six stations, 45 seconds work with 15 seconds rest between stations. The stations were: Step ups on an "18 step, 38lb sandbag snatches, 25lb medicine ball shouldering, 15lb gladiator swing, 200lb tire flipping and 10lb sledge hammering. 4 rounds were completed with one minute rest between rounds.
