3 Hang High Pulls
3 Muscle Snatch
3 Snatch Landing
3 Snatch Drop
3 Hang Power Snatch

Rest one minute, then perform the following without pause:

Barbell Complex #1
1 Deadlift
1 Romanian Deadlift
1 Romanian Deadlift High Pull
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Front Squat

3 Cleans
