Part 1
 Stationary Bear Crawl 20 each side.


20 Push Ups
X 5

Part 2
Advanced Bird Dog, 10 each side
10 Hindu Push Ups
X 5

Part 3
Tabata: 
20 seconds Run in Place
10 seconds rest,
20 seconds Plank,
10 seconds rest,
20 seconds Burpees
10 secondds rest...
repeat the above sequence 4 times for a total of 12 rounds.
