The Workout for August 5th

Right Hand
5 kb Clean and Jerk
5 Kb Clean and Squat
5 Kb  High Pull
Then do
21 Figure 8 w/outside hold
Then do
Left Hand
5 Kb Clean and Jerk
5 Kb Clean and Squat
5 kb High Pull
X 5

After doing the above, then do a
1-5, 5-1 Snatch Ladder
