The Workout for Tuesday May 10th

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Barbell Cleans
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Shoulder Presses
20-19-18-17-16-15-14-13-12-11 American Swings
Run the "stair course" after each round.
Example: 10 Barbell cleans, 10 Dumbbell Shoulder Presses, 20 American Swings and then run to the stair course.
