Circuit 1:
30 seconds work, 15 seconds rest

Overhead Squat

Snatch Grip Deadlift High Pull

Power Snatch

Rest one minute, then

Circuit 2:
30 seconds work, 15 seconds rest

Deck Squat

Rope

Burpee

Rest two minutes and repeat
