The Workout for January 12th

Dumbbell Complex
Perform the following in sequence without a break 5 times.
Upright Row / Clean / Press right and left  / Snatch / Reverse Lunge right and left / Squat Press

Then ...

Bodyweight Complex
Perform the following in sequence without a break 5 times
5 Squat Jumps / 5 Squat Thrusts / 5 Push Ups

Perform three rounds of all of the above.
